Inspection Results

Barfield Health Care is inspected yearly by a survey team from the Alabama Department of Public Health, Division of Health Care Facilities.  Barfield Health Care strives to receive deficiency free surveys! Barfield Health Care has received two consecutive deficiency free surveys. We appreciate the staff for their dedication and teamwork that made this possible.
